Jesús Guerrero
Graduated in biochemistry from the University of Valencia. Masters in Management and Water Treatment and Masters in Design and Manufacturing Integrated Computer Aided. After having developed his career in different companies in the field of Aquaculture, Environmental Management and Water Purification, he is currently part of the Organization team in AVE.
Bindhiya Vasandani
Joined AVE in September 2009. BA in Business & Finance in First Class Honors through the University of Wales and a Master in Business Administration through the MBA Business School in Gran Canaria. Currently, she is responsible for the people area at AVE and for projects such as Empresa Familiar and #EresTurismo, as well as managing relations with AVE’s partner organisations, such as FVPRJI and Étnor.
Sandra Gimena
Joined AVE in June 2011. Technical Degree in Industrial Engineering, Masters in Engineering Design and Masters in Graphic Arts and Master in Multimedia Tools by the Polytechnic University of Valencia. After developing various functions in the field of engineering for different companies, she joined AVE as part of the communication team and ICT manager.
María Martínez
She joined AVE in May 2017. Degree in Economics from the University of Valencia in 2013 and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from EDEM. She has developed her professional activity in the field of finance and accounting. She is currently in charge of the #QuieroCorredor project, the ornada Anual Paco Pons as well as the accounting and relations with the EDEM and Fundación Conexus organisations.
Inés Herrero
Joined AVE in September 2020. She has a degree in Journalism from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University and a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing from the UOC. After fifteen years of professional career in prestigious media, most of them as a journalist specializing in economics, she is currently in charge of Economics and Studies at AVE, and is responsible for the Fundación LAB Mediterráneo and the Barómetro del Empresario.
Andrea Sempere
Joined AVE in February 2021. Graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Alicante in 2012, Sworn Translator-Interpreter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Master in Tourism Management and Planning from the University of Valencia and EMBA with specialization in Marketing and Sales at EDEM. She has developed his professional activity in the MICE sector and joins the AVE team as a member of the Communication and Event Organization areas.
Cristina Casanovas
Joined AVE in March 2021. Graduated in Fashion Design in 2018 from the EASD of Valencia and Master in Communication and Marketing from Barreira. She has developed her professional activity in the fashion marketing sector and joins the AVE team as a member of the Communication and Corporate Image area.
Ana Noguera
Joined AVE in January 2024. Graduated in Management and Public Administration from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from EDEM. She joins the AVE team as a member of the Organization area.
Diego Lorente
Law Degree from the Universitat de València, Master’s Degree in Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and 15x15 from EDEM. After several years practising law in law firms in Barcelona and Madrid, in 2003 he became the Secretary and General Manager of AVE. He is also a member of the Governing Council and Secretary General of the Board of Trustees of EDEM, Vice-President of the Fundación Étnor, member of the Executive Committee of the Fundación Valenciana Premios Jaume I and of the Fundación Conexus, member of the Monitoring Cátedra de Empresa Familiar of the University of Valencia and representative of AVE on the Board of Trustees of the Fundación Profesor Manuel Broseta.
Marta Chillaron
Director of Fundación LAB Mediterráneo, a project promoted by AVE. Director of Fundación LAB. Expert in business strategy, innovation, and communication, with over twenty years of experience in senior management roles in both the public and private sectors. Between 2019 and 2025 she led the innovation center Las Naves of the Valencia City Council, promoting the city’s position as a European benchmark in urban innovation.
Previously, she was director of the agency Publips Serviceplan and founder of INRED, the first network of independent creative agencies in Spain. Her career stands out for its focus on organizational transformation, network creation, public funding management, and the promotion of impact-oriented alliances and talent development.
Ingrid de Keijser
Deputy Director at Fundación LAB Mediterráneo, a project promoted by AVE. Expert in business development, strategy, and communication, with two decades of leadership and project-coordination experience with SMEs, startups, large corporations, and the public sector in various countries across the Americas and Europe.
Previously, she served as head of press and public relations at Zeleros and has been director and co-founder of the companies Synergia México and CPI México. Her background stands out for business development and investment prospection in the aerospace industry, as well as for B2B corporate communication projects in the industrial sector.
